Collected ethically and preserved in its purest form, the cuticles remain fully aligned, allowing the hair to blend seamlessly with natural textures while maintaining softness, longevity, and versatility. Each bundle can be washed, colored, heat-styled, and reused with proper care—returning effortlessly to its natural curl pattern when exposed to water or moisture.
Premium Raw Curly
Cleanse every 7–10 days with a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo.
Condition generously and detangle gently while wet using fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Apply a light leave-in or curl cream to damp hair; air dry or diffuse on low heat.
Always use a heat protectant if heat styling. Hair will revert to its natural curl when wet.
Avoid heavy oils, alcohol-based products, and excessive heat.
Protect hair at night with a silk or satin bonnet or pillowcase.
With proper care, this raw, single-donor hair can be reused multiple times.
Due to the nature of raw and luxury hair extensions, all sales are final once the hair has been opened, used, installed, altered, or worn. Returns are accepted only if the hair is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup. Hair must remain unaltered (not washed, cut, colored, combed, or manipulated).

All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for processing.

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including order details, service records, inspection verification, and acceptance of this policy at checkout.
