THE SALON DOES NOT ALLOW KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST UNLESS
THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.
DEPOSIT POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once an appointment has been scheduled. Deposits will be applied toward the cost of the services booked. Clients are responsible for rescheduling or making any adjustments to their appointments online at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
REFUND POLICY
Salon Kym Belle does not offer refunds on services rendered.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, please address them before leaving the salon. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request an adjustment of the same service within seven (7) days of the original appointment date.
SERVICE BOOKINGS
Clients are responsible for booking the correct services to allow adequate time for their appointment. If an incorrect service is booked, additional charges may apply, and the stylist reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or decline the appointment. Please contact your stylist prior to booking if you have any questions regarding service selection.
Salon Kym Belle is not responsible for the longevity of extension services if recommended home care instructions are not followed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, please do so online at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to cancellation fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Time is valuable. Natural hair must be thoroughly detangled prior to your appointment. Hair requiring excessive detangling will incur an additional $25 fee.
Clients may not bring their own extension hair. All extension hair is supplied by Salon Kym Belle unless otherwise approved in advance by your stylist.
Appointment times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances throughout the day. If timing is critical, please discuss scheduling concerns with your stylist prior to booking.
For safety and insurance purposes, children not receiving services should not be left unattended in the salon.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon unless prior arrangements have been made.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photos and/or videos may be taken during your appointment for educational, marketing, and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify your stylist before your service begins.
