***CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL POLICY AND

SERVICE INFO PRIOR TO SCHEDULING***

FOR THE SAFETY AND COMFORT FOR ALL GUESTS, THE SALON DOES NOT ALLOW KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.

DEPOSIT

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERRABLE AFTER APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. ONCE COLLECTED, DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD THE SERVICES REQUESTED AT THAT TIME. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESCHEDULING OR MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENT TO THEIR APPOINTMENT ONLINE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT . 

 

REFUNDS

WE DONOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OF ANY SERVICES. 

PLEASE ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PRIOR TO LEAVING YOUR

APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE,

YOU MAY REQUEST AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE SAME SERVICE WITHIN ONE WEEK

OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE.

SERVICES

CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING ALL CORRECT SERVICES TO ALLOW PROPER TIMING FOR EACH SERVICE REQUESTED. AT ANYTIME AN INCORRECT APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED, STYLIST WILL CANCEL OR DECLINE  ANY INCORRECT FUTURE APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STYLIST BEFORE SCHEDULING IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TO RESCHEDULE, CANCEL, OR TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO ONLINE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.   IF YOU "NO CALL OR NO SHOW" YOUR ENTIRE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR TO THE CARD ON FILE. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $60 CANCELLATION FEE.

FYI

TIME IS EVERYTHING !! NATURAL HAIR MUST BE DETANGLED PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR HAIR IS NOT TANGLE FREE THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25 CHARGE APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE. 

 

CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN THEIR OWN EXTENSIONS. ALL EXTENSIONS ARE SUPPLIED BY THE SALON UNLESS PRE ARRANGED WITH YOUR STYLIST

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SCHEDULE CAN BE ALTERED BY OTHER GUESTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. IF TIMING IS AN ISSUE PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR STYLIST BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT .

PLEASE NOTE THAT PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS MAY BE TAKEN FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND ADVERTISEMENT PURPOSES. SHOULD THIS BE AN ISSUE PLEASE LET YOUR STYLIST KNOW PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT .
