Seeking her passion, Kym, known to many as, "Tweet "TheStylist", attended Cosmetology school in 2005.  After completing school and becoming license in only nine months, she joined a team of other stylist in Tampa, Florida. New to the Industry, In 2009, Kym was blessed with the opportunity to be featured on a national television series called "Split Endz" which showcased on Style and Bravo Network. ​ 

 In 2013 She decided to take a "leap of faith" and become an Independent Stylist while continuing to educate herself with well known hair industry leaders. Not quite satisfied with her position, Kym decided again to take another " leap of Faith" and open her first salon in 2020 during a pandemic !     

 Two decade later, she continues to perfect her craft and create beautiful styles for her clients as well as having her work displayed on television networks such as HSN, styling for legendary fashion icon model "IMAN" since 2021.
